Aerobics classes are included in your YMCA membership. Women Only classes include Step Aerobics, Pilates, Body Shaping, Kardio-Kick, Yoga & High Intensity Aerobics. We also offer co-ed classes. Our aerobic room is equipped with a custom wood aerobics floor designed to make exercising safe and comfortable.
