Individualized Programs
Our certified fitness staff will design a program specifically for you. We will guide you through your program, answer your questions and offer support. During your personal sessions you will learn how to exercise safely and more effectively use your workout time. Your YMCA staff is available 7 days a week to provide assistance and keep you motivated. Remember-no matter what shape you are in the YMCA has a fitness program that is right for you!!

Aerobics Classes  
Aerobics classes are included in your YMCA membership. Women Only classes include Step Aerobics, Pilates, Body Shaping, Kardio-Kick, Yoga & High Intensity Aerobics. We also offer co-ed classes. Our aerobic room is equipped with a custom wood aerobics floor designed to make exercising safe and comfortable. For information about class descriptions and schedules, please call the Member Services Desk.

Gymnasiums  
The Y features two regulation sized gyms for basketball, jogging, and walking

Racquetball Courts  
The Y has three outstanding indoor racquetball courts, weekly challenge court and seasonal tournaments. Reservations can be made up to 24 hours in advance by calling the Member services Desk.

Youth Fitness  
Our Fitness Trainers will guide youth ages 12-16 through an effective and safe workout regimen and provide you with the knowledge to become safer exercisers.

Active Older Adults  
Active Older Adults at the YMCAToday’s seniors are more health conscious than ever before. At the YMCA we’ve made the health and fitness of our seniors a top priority by providing programs for the spirit, mind and body. Through group exercise classes and aquatic programs that concentrate on mobility and flexibility. Five levels of exercise for older participants of various fitness levels.

Personal Fitness  
Unique 12-week program for those people who have little time or motivation to exercise.

Women Only
