Temporary Facilities
Our CEO has secured the use of several facilities around the community to ensure that your needs are met during the restoration period. * Suites 102 and 103 in the Publix shopping center are now available 24 hours 7 days a week for your convenience. We have treadmills, Spinning bikes, Body Master machines, and free weights available for your use. Thanks to the generosity of VSU we are able to offer aerobics classes at their facility. Member will still be able to use the Rec Center from 6am to 4pm Monday thru Friday this week. (4/13-4/17) Our Lake Park facility, located at 5218 Jewell Futch Dr., is a full facility containing cardio equipment, Hammer Strength machines, free weights and benches, as well as a Youth and Teen Center and aerobics classes. Their hours have been extended to coincide with the normal Valdosta YMCA hours: Monday-Thursday 5:00 am – 10:00 pm Friday 5:00 am – 9:00 pm Saturday 8:00 am – 7:00 pm Sunday 1:00 pm – 7:00 pm (closed Easter Sunday)
