The Y provides classes for all levels from parent/child and pre-school to team. The Lake Park YMCA has classes for the pre-school and beginner levels. The Y also offers both a competitive gymnastics team - The Dosta Dynamics and Cheerleading Squad - The Valdosta Vipers, Gymnastics camps, cheerleading, exhibitions, and special activities like Fun Night, Super Saturdays and Birthday parties are also offered.

Camp is for boys and girls 5 and up. Children will be divided by ability level and by age as much as possible. Gymnasts will work on Vault, uneven parallel bars, balance beam, floor exercise(tumbling, and trampoline. A juice and cookie snack will be provided each day by the UMCA. Students may also bring a snack or bring money for vending machines.
Learn cheer skills from our All Star Squad Coaches. Camp is for age 5 and up girls. Groups will be divided by age and ability. Learn stunts, jumps, tumbling, cheer, presentation, and voice projection. Camp runs, Monday through Thursday, 3 hours each day. A juice and cookie snack is provided by the YMCA
A summer gymnastics camp for 3 & 4 year old boys & girls. Camps are on Mondays & Wednesdays from 9:30 am - 11:30 am. Children experience movement and discovery on all gymnastic events. Gymnastic skills, fun activities, tumbling, rings, trampoline, vault, bars, and balance beam. Camp includes a snack time provided by the YMCA. Each camp is limited to 20 participants. Our teacher to student ratio is 5-1.
